Samsung Galaxy Grand dual sim price and features

The Samsung Galaxy Grand, announced late last year, fits very neatly in between the company’s Galaxy S III and immense Galaxy Note II. That means, of course, that this 5-inch device could be that “just right” size for consumers who who don’t want a 4.8 or 5.5-inch device. The smartphone packs in 8GB of internal storage (4GB available to the user). The memory can be expanded by up to 64GB via microSD card. Samsung is also offering 50GB of cloud space through Dropbox with the purchase of this smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy Grand has a 8-megapixel rear camera with flash and a 2-megapixel one on the front. Samsung claims that the front camera supports zero shutter-lag and has a ultra-quick camera start-up. It comes with a 2,100mAh battery. The smartphones comes pre-loaded with a host of applications such as Chat On, Games Hub and 'My Services'.

Samsung Galaxy Grand is a dual-SIM, dual-standby smartphone, though Samsung claims to use its software to forward calls from one number to the other, when busy. It also comes with what Samsung dubs as the 'Smart Dual SIM' feature that allows the users the flexibility of selecting different mobile billing plans for either SIM which allows switching between them to make the most of competitive call and data plans.

It will be available in the stores from the first week of February for Rs. 21,500
